Federal judges to hear JFK files case on March 19

On Monday morning March 19 my attorneys Jim Lesar and Dan Alcorn and I will appear at the Barrett Prettyman federal courthouse in Washington to make oral arguments in my long-running lawsuit, Morley v. CIA.

Three federal appellate court judges (not yet named) will rule on the “public benefit” of JFK assassination filed revealed in my Freedom of Information Act litigation. Former congressional investigator Dan Hardway has identified some of the most important secret JFK files in a sworn affidavit for the court.
