Jeff,
I just received my copy of “Scorpions’ Dance, and I could not put it down. It is beautifully written, thoroughly researched and adds a unique perspective on the Watergate affair. I always suspected that the CIA played a much more substantive role than was publicized. Your research into the relationship between Nixon and Helms, based on newly available primary documents and tapes, provides a far greater insight into this sordid affair than did professional historians.
Kudos on the publication of this marvelous work.
I agree completely. One of the best books I have read. Couldn’t put it down, except when I got to the last few chapters. Then I started reading very slowly, like you do when you have a meal with an old friend or you have your last encounter with an old love. You know it’s almost over, but you hate to see it end.
