  1. The most chilling thing I’ve seen from Talbot’s book is this quote from JFK to French officials after the coup attempt against de Gaulle:

    “The CIA is such a vast and poorly controlled machine that the most unlikely maneuvers might be true.”

    Hasn’t that been the main point of the assassination research community for these many years?
