Legal battle likely over JFK 50th anniversary in Dallas

Robert Groden, veteran JFK researcher, tells Dallas Morning News editorial writer Rodger Jones that he is likely to challenge the city’s plans to restrict access to Dealey Plaza on November 22, 2013.

While portraying Groden as an eccentric idealist, he sympathizes with the city’s desire to have a ceremony that shows “reverence” for JFK.

The underlying question, still unresolved, is whether the city-sanctioned ceremony is going to ignore and acknowledge the views of the the vast majority of Americans who don’t accept the official story of a lone gunman.
