#HowtoSolveJFKin2014: Sunshine on the CIA

Sunshine Week comes to Washington March 16-22.

Every year the open government community in Washington, which includes everyone from the nonprofit National Security Archive to Project on Government Oversight to Cause of Action, get together to highlight the need for more open government. JFK Facts will be there too.

At the Sunshine Week website you can see how people are using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to hold government accountable

I’m looking for volunteers to staff a JFK Facts table at events during Sunshine Week in Washington. With press and congressional interest, it will be a good time to rally support for the proposition that the National Archives should immediately review and release of the 1,100 JFK files still held secret by the CIA.

  1. Can’t make D.C. in March 16-22. I participated in the anti-war march on September 15, 2007.

I’m inclined to believe JFK researchers are barking up the wrong tree. The researchers know Oswald was tracked and possibly manipulated by the CIA. Who knows. Maybe he was an FBI informer.

Oswald behaved liked a well-trained agent; an agent who’s been sold out.
