Its called Passing the Torch and it will take place October 17-19 in Pittsburgh. I attended this conference in 2003 and it was the best JFK conference I’ve ever experienced in terms of the range and expertise of speakers.
From the program:
“As the JFK assassination and many of its witnesses, investigators and researchers begin to recede into history, this symposium is intended to educate students, professionals and the general public alike about one of the seminal events of 20th century American history, and why it still matters today.”

I agree with Jefferson Morley on the wide range & expertise of the speakers at the 40th anniversary conference at Duquesne University in 2003. There is a reduced fee to attend the conference for Veterans. So if you’re a current or prior service take advantage of this reduction to attend the Pittsburgh conference.
A Phenomenal lineup. The only name I’m unfamiliar with is Keith Fitzgerald.I’m sure it will all be videotaped for those who can’t attend?
