Hear Morley, Lesar and Policoff talk JFK secrecy

Attorney Jim Lesar, activist Jerry Policoff and I will speak about the secrecy surrounding JFK assassination records at the Left Forum in New York City on Sunday, June 1, at 10 a.m.

Left ForumThe event, sponsored by the Assassination Archives and Research Center (AARC), will be in Room 1.91 of the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York, at 524 West 59th Street.

You can register for the conference here. (Spoiler alert: It’s not free.)

Do you want to help support JFK Facts?

We are looking for a volunteer to videotape the event so we can post it on the site. If you have a steady hand (or a tripod), and a device that can take decent quality video and are free on Sunday morning, talk to me here.  Volunteer videographers get into the conference for free.

If you just want to get together after the event to trade conspiracy theories, let me know. I don’t have a conspiracy theory, but if you buy me a drink, I might.

I can’t help, but I do have the beginnings of a conspiracy theory.

It goes like this: The perps decided well in advance that JFK’s final motorcade would be in Dallas. He had to go to Texas to try to secure votes for 1964. Dallas had a corruptible police force and D.A. LBJ controlled Texas. Dallas itself could be blamed and was in fact blamed for JFK’s murder. Dallas afforded many fields of fire and a perfect ready-made patsy.

    The perps knew:

    (a) LBJ would do everything to consolidate his power as president right away. He would not abide distractions such as a full-blown assassination investigation. Far, far too many loose ends.

    (b) The chosen perp played into LBJ’s predilections and also ensured cover up by the FBI and CIA.

    (c) CIA infiltration of the the press meant the press would be no problem.

    (d) Facts could be hidden under the guise of national security.

    (e) The American people could be manipulated to mourn and not rise up up in anger.

Either most if not all of this is true or Oswald acting alone killed JFK and Tippet.

Jeff, I enjoyed the panel and your presentation. Regrettably, my videocamera’s battery died about two minutes before the end of your talk. Up to that point, the footage should be good and useable.
